Alien Cat Adventures

Introduction:

Hi, this is a 2D puzzle game made for my project for Game Programming 3 called "Alien Cat Adventures".  It is a game about an Alien Cat that is obsessed in getting rare stones. I have developed this game by myself on Mobile.

Responsibilities: 

• Implement the core mechanics and sub-mechanics for game which include programming UI, Audio and other sub features
• Make UI Art in Adobe Photoshop and Importing into the game
• Search for commercial use music & audio (In-game Credits)
• Implement Background music for each level and have a main menu music based on the theme
• Plan and design the game levels and puzzles based on the mechanics and growing difficulty
• Playtest the game by playing each level created based on the level designs
• To be able to fix any bugs & issues faced in-game immediately including nerfing the levels if necessary
• Able to animate the Alien Cat in Adobe Animate as well as using Unity Animations/Animator to create live background spaceships moving across and planets slowly moving around on the background
• Make use of shaders and particle Systems to make more effects in-game

Game's Story Description:

The joined series of CubeVerse of the Story of Alien Cat but instead he would be finding stones outside of our Solar System and into the CubeVerse! ...and he kidnapped you to help him out again ?!!

Controls:

Use your finger and drag on the screen to make a line for the Alien Cat to go to. Once ready, click on Alien Cat and he would fall based on the gravity of the planet. Get Alien Cat to touch the Portal to advance to the next level.
